As the head of Pinoy Deaf Rainbow—a grassroots group supporting the Deaf and hard of hearing LGBTQ+ community in the Philippines—Erika Allosa teaches queer-inclusive sign language and advocates for policies and laws that reflect the needs of the Deaf LGBTQ+ community.

Pinoy Deaf Rainbow is part of Fund grantee Lagablab—a network of LGBTQ+ rights organizations. Lagablab is leading the fight for the SOGIE Equality Bill—a groundbreaking anti-discrimination law that could change the lives of millions.
